Intensive Moscow's Assaults Eliminate Electricity Throughout Ukraine's Capital

Power facilities targeted in the region
Ukraine's energy systems have come under increased strikes in the past few days

During the night, Moscow's aerial assaults have resulted in electricity outages in multiple districts of Ukraine's capital, Kyiv.

A number of civilians were wounded while local people in eastern districts were experienced blackouts and faced disruption to drinking water, per reports from city officials.

Simultaneously, a seven-year-old child was fatally injured in a separate aerial attack in the Zaporizhzhia area in the southern area, based on information from regional authorities.

Russian forces has intensified assaults on electrical systems over the last fortnight, while the country's government has called for "real steps" from partner nations to increase pressure on Russia.

"What's needed is not symbolic gestures but firm measures - from the United States, the EU and the G7 - in providing protection systems and implementing restrictions," mentioned in a online statement.

Officials stated that 450 drones and more than 30 rockets struck Ukraine's energy infrastructure, describing such attacks as "cynical and calculated" and against "critical infrastructure" as winter approaches.

Government representatives said Moscow was "launching a major assault" and technical staff were working to fix the damage.

A wave of strikes damaged power facilities and residential structures in Kyiv.

Multiple people hurt in the attacks on the capital have been taken to hospital, as confirmed by municipal representatives.

Area administrators said the urban area came under intense attacks during nighttime hours. A minor was killed and multiple civilians were hurt.

The assaults succeed nights of aerial attacks in the region, parts of which are currently controlled by Russian forces.

The whole nation is under warning for advanced weapon attacks, which are tougher to detect.

Government officials told reporters that Moscow was intentionally trying to demolish the national power system, with attacks already disrupting fuel infrastructure.

Authorities confirmed utility staff and authorities were preparing for further attacks.
